Its now 16 weeks into the season and Russell Wilson has lead Seattle to 10 wins and is in the running for rookie of the year. He has turned out to be just as good as RG3 and Luck. Can we now drop that stupid scouting report that a QB has to be a certain size to succeed.

  Dave, these rankings AND analysis were locked in when the regular season started which is why we have “12′ -FINAL” on them. We like to be objective on this site and look back at where we were right and where we were wrong. Yes, Wilson has been amazing and while he has been the exception to the rule, 16 weeks ago his height was and still is a concern and limits his potential as a passer in this league. If you choose to ignore that, of if you see no problem, than more power to you. There is a reason they roll him out on the vast majority of plays, or he ends up rolling out on his own and its b/c throwing/seeing over 6’8″ linemen when you are 5′ 10″ is challenging. I appreciate your opinion, but for me his height will always remain a concern, but it obviously does not mean he can’t be successful.. see Doug Flutie… The list is EXTREMELY short however (no pun intended).
