Dynasty Football World Championships – The DFWC is the first National contest to take Dynasty mainstream. This year the Grand Prize has been raised to $10,000 with $2,625 in League Prizes. Since Dynasty is meant to build long term results, additionally, each year a “Dynasty King” is crowned. This person, is the dynasty team owner who scores the most points over a 3yr period (awarded every year). In addition to the crown, a $2,000 Cash prize is also awarded following the season end.
The trusted game provider, FFToolbox.com is now ScoutFantasy.com. Scott Atkins, Dr. Roto, Liz Loza and the gang, joined the Scout network last summer and they’re taking the Dynasty format to the millions of Scout members who play season long fantasy football. The cost to play in this high-stakes dynasty format is $299 ad sign-ups for start-up leagues are going on now. You can join me and sign-up here. From the look of the prize structure, the contest is all about winning your league first and foremost. Most of the prizes are contained within your league of 12.
Format: Teams will compete in their league of 12 through week 13. The team with the best record and the team with the most points will be rewarded with $250 cash each at that time. Then, the top 4 teams (best record, most points, next best record, next best points) will advance to both the league playoffs (for league prizes) and the Championship Round where large cash prizes will be awarded. Teams will be competing in a points shootout over these last three weeks for the BIG bucks with their average weekly score from the weeks 1-13 added in.
It’s a PPR format, with an 11-man starting lineup, which rewards those that draft a deep team. The Start-up Draft Schedule was leaked a few days ago ahead of their official release, so jump in and grab a start-up draft before it sells out.
